Little known fact about me- I am a nurse, although I no longer work as one. I spent 4 years working in community health in Bethlehem, PA, so I’ve watched the entire process of building Sands Casino and their adjoining properties from the start. I remember it being a pretty exciting thing for the town and especially for me and my co-workers who were looking forward to a new place to visit during our long lunch break.

Sands has grown into an entertainment destination for the entire family. What started as a Casion has developed into a tourist destination that caters to all ages. With Spring finally here and the temperatures warming up we thought we would share a few of our favorite activities available at the Sands. Here is a highlight of just some of the activities available this spring at the Sands:

For Kids
Easter Bunny Photos are happening Monday- Saturday from 11a-7p, and Sundays 11a-6p from 4/1-4/15.
Pet Photos are Sunday, April 9th from 7p-9p.

FREE Community Easter Event on Saturday April 8.

Age Groups / Start Times:
Infant to 4 yrs / 10:00am start
5 yrs to 7 yrs / 10:30am start
8 yrs to 10 yrs / 11:00am start
*Registration begins 30 minutes before each hunt* Kids must be pre-registered!

There will be a variety of amazing door prizes from Carlo’s Bakery, Kids Quest, Lenox, Steel Magnolia Spa & Salon and Talbot’s.
The drawing is at 11:30 and you must be a Preferred Shopper to enter. You can sign up for a Preferred Shopper card at the event.
Here are a few of the rules- One entry per shopper, 18 years or age and older. You must be present to win.

Visit Kids Quest on weekends in April for Grossology Science and themed arts and crafts and other special activities

Adults
The Sands features a world class casino and dining. It’s perfect for a day trip or weekend getaway for couples, bachelorettes and bachelor parties and so much more. We really love it there!

The Outlets are a great way to spend a rainy Spring afternoon. They have a variety of shops for kids and adults. They also connect directly to the dining and casino.
