You’ve most likely heard the term probiotic before. Probiotics are a ‘good’ bacteria that contribute to the overall health of your microbiome.
Under their parent company Wakunaga of America, Kyo-Dophilius probiotics were developed nearly 30 years ago. The company works to continue studying the effects that their strains of probioitics have on supporting the digestive and immune systems.
Their newest product, Kyo-Dophilus Pro+Synbiotic is a chewable tablet which contains 9 different probiotic strains (including the Friendly Trio and 2g of prebiotic. The prebiotic has been clinically studied and documented to show it aids in digestive support. The product can help maintain good colon health, relieve occasional digestive discomfort and restore and balance beneficial bacteria. *
I’ve known for quite some time about the benefits of taking a probiotic, but I was excited to try out the Kyo-Dophilus Pro+Synbiotic product. It is Non-GMO and free from soy, gluten dairy, and artificial colors and flavors. It does not need to be refrigerated and comes in single serve packets so they are easy to bring while traveling.
Now more than ever it’s important to me to make sure i’m being as health conscious as possible. Adding in this supportive product has been beneficial to me! When starting the Kyo-Dophilius Pro+Synbiotic you should take 2 a day (one single serve packet) and use for at least 30-60 days to feel the benefits of regular probiotic use. If you’ve never taken probiotics before the first two weeks can be an adjustment period as your microbiome adjusts. This is a good thing, although if you feel any negative effects you should consult with your doctor.
Kyo-Dophilus Pro+Synbiotic is available on Amazon, iherb and Vitacost online and at local natural health food stores. Availability is expected to increase as the product is still new. You can view more info on their webpage here.
I will continue to use this product daily to aid in maintaining a healthy microbiome. Have you used a probiotic before? Share your experiences and recommendations below.
